This class covers the basics 生物学的; from cells, to DNA to the origins of life, 宇宙和万物! Well, maybe not the origins of the universe. 这门课 is required for students majoring or minoring in anything biology-related, but even engineers have been known to take, and pass, this survey course. 如果你感兴趣的话 in the micro-machinery of cells, how they produce and harness energy, what makes DNA so important, and what exactly is a gene -  then consider this course. 它是开放的 to everyone at any grade level as long as you have taken, or are taking chemistry.
